Welcome to KupwaraCart, operated by Lone Software Innovations Private Limited. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and express delivery platform in Kupwara and Jammu & Kashmir. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old or under parental supervision to place orders.
1.2 Registration is completed via phone number and OTP authentication.
1.3 You are responsible for keeping your OTP, login credentials, and account details confidential and secure.
1.4 You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2.1 KupwaraCart connects consumers with verified local shopkeepers and grocery merchants in Kupwara.
2.2 Prices and product inventory are updated live by merchant partners. While we strive for absolute accuracy, occasional stock discrepancies may occur.
2.3 Promotional coupons, wallet cashback, and referral discounts are applied subject to specific campaign terms at checkout.
3.1 We accept online payments via PhonePe PG (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking), KupwaraCart Wallet, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
3.2 For COD orders, you agree to pay the exact invoiced amount to the delivery rider upon arrival.
3.3 Delivery Verification Codes or OTPs must be shared with riders to confirm safe handover and receipt of your order.
3.4 Repeated refusal to accept COD orders without valid justification may result in COD restriction or account suspension.
4.1 Delivery times (15 to 45 minutes for local orders) are estimates and may vary based on weather, peak rush hours, roadblock conditions, or merchant preparation times.
4.2 You must provide an accurate delivery address, landmark, and active phone number to assist our riders.
5.1 Cancellations: You can cancel your order free of charge before the merchant packs or dispatches the rider. In case of store stock-outs, full automatic refunds are issued immediately.
5.2 Returns for Fresh Perishables: Fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy, and bakery items must be inspected upon delivery or reported within 24 hours with photo proof for free replacement or refund.
5.3 Packaged Goods: Packaged groceries and FMCG goods can be returned within 3 to 7 days in original sealed packaging.
5.4 Refund Timelines: Wallet refunds are processed in 15 mins to 24 hrs. Online payment bank refunds take 3 to 7 working days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Lone Software Innovations Private Limited and its directors, officers, or employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in dispute.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kupwara / Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
