1. Eligibility and Registration

1.2 Registration is completed via phone number & OTP authentication.
1.3 You are responsible for keeping your OTP and credentials secure.

2. Products, Pricing & Neighbourhood Shops

2.1 KupwaraCart aggregates listings directly from neighbourhood shops in Kupwara.
2.2 Prices and stock availability are updated live by local sellers.
2.3 Coupons, wallet cashback, and discounts are applied at checkout.

3. Orders, Payment & Cash on Delivery

3.1 We support Cash on Delivery (COD), Razorpay, UPI, and Wallet payments.
3.2 For COD orders, you agree to pay the exact order amount to the delivery rider.
3.3 Delivery Verification Codes must be shared with riders upon arrival to confirm receipt.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lone Software Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the value of the order placed.
